Title: Lider técnico Fullstack Technology Lead Full Stack Developer

Location: Hybrid Mode (CDMX, GDL and MTY)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing high-quality web applications, with a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.

MANDATORY TECHNOLOGIES AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience with ReactJS.

7+ years of experience with Python.

Experience working in Scrum teams.

Hands-on experience with Azure (especially Azure API Management) or other cloud platforms.

Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases, and ORM frameworks like Entity Framework.

Familiarity with AI and LLM, LangGraph, LangChainADDITIONAL SKILLS THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED A PLUS

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, code quality tools like SonarQube, and Git.

Experience with other modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.Key Responsibilities:

Manage the team and provide technical guidance.

Manage the complete software development process from conception to deployment.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of web applications.

Create user interactions on various platforms and optimize code for mobile.

Develop databases and services for functionality.

Oversee and guide the analysis, writing, building, and deployment of software.

Implement automated testing and provide feedback during the development process.

Maintain and upgrade software following deployment.About Us
