Job Title: Warehouse General Manager Location: Ellabell, GA / Lansing, MI Reports To: CL KAM Operations Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse General Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of operations at our distribution center.

This role is responsible for warehouse performance, facility management, inventory accuracy, staffing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through effective leadership, strategic planning, and strong team development.

Key Responsibilities Operations & Inventory ManagementManage all daily warehouse and facility operationsEnsure accurate inventory control and asset accountabilityPlan, organize, and direct all distribution center activitiesSet and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure successOversee shipping, receiving, and inventory operations to minimize damage and optimize performanceMaintain and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Staffing & LeadershipDetermine staffing needs and oversee hiring, scheduling, and team structureLead employee relations, including performance reviews, development, and disciplinary processesPromote a culture of training, communication, and teamworkConduct performance evaluations for direct reports and ensure supervisors do the same Facility & Equipment OversightEnsure a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environmentOversee warehouse equipment and lift truck fleet maintenance programsEnsure proper capacity planning and equipment utilizationManage warehouse supply levels to support smooth operations Compliance & SafetyEnforce security and incident reporting protocolsImplement and oversee workplace safety programs and compliance Finance & ReportingOversee warehouse-related budgeting and purchasing activitiesEnsure financial accountability in alignment with corporate standardsProvide daily operational reports to the Regional Operations ManagerTrack and report performance data: accuracy, timeliness, and damage rates QualificationsProven experience managing warehouse or distribution center operationsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to analyze data and drive performance improvementsFamiliarity with warehouse systems, logistics, and safety protocolsBilingual in Korean and English preferred Preferred SkillsKorean/English bilingual preferredERP/WMS system experienceExperience with cross-cultural teams or international logistics is a bonus
