We are hiring for a Mailroom Sorting position! This is a hands-on, onsite role where your primary responsibility will be sorting incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately. You'll work in a structured, team-oriented environment with on-the-job training provided.

A typical day includes clocking in, picking up a tray, and beginning sorting mail. You'll remove the contents from each envelope and sort them according to specific rules for different lines of business. Once a tray is completed, you'll pick up another and repeat the process until all trays are done for the day.

Key responsibilities include sorting and organizing mail by type and destination, using basic PC functions to track and manage mail items, and navigating programs like Microsoft Teams and other internal tools.

Requirements include basic computer knowledge (PC navigation, using common software), the ability to follow detailed sorting procedures, and being dependable, organized, and able to stay focused. Candidates must be able to work the required hours.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. In addition, Conduent also provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,000-$32,540.
