Transformation Program Manager – Dallas, TX

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Transformation Program Manager in the Dallas area to lead complex, global initiatives in custom application development across key operational domains—manufacturing, supply chain, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and steer global transformation strategies that align IT and business objectives.

Program Management: Manage full lifecycle enterprise programs, including M&A and system integrations.

Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead cross-functional teams; act as the primary liaison between IT and business leaders.

Execution & Delivery: Oversee software development and integration projects; resolve technical challenges across systems.

Financial Oversight: Build business cases, manage budgets, forecast expenditures, and ensure ROI.

Governance & Compliance: Maintain adherence to internal controls, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Portfolio & Vendor Management: Prioritize IT initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and ensure performance delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

8+ years in IT program management, with 3–5 years leading global custom application projects.

Proven experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or transportation.

Expertise in WMS, TMS, MES, ERP, or custom logistics platforms.

Strong financial and risk management skills.

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.

Familiar with Agile, Hybrid, or SAFe methodologies.

Experience with cloud-based solutions such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or Coupa.
