The Opportunity We are seeking a Human Resources / General Affairs (HR/GA) Assistant to support a wide range of HR and operational initiatives.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional role suited for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in being reliable and effective for employees, suppliers, and customers alike.

This role reports directly to the HR/GA Manager and works closely with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support across all HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, safety & health management, and general HR administration.Manage General Affairs programs such as:Uniform programCleaning and landscape vendor coordinationSecurity and safety systemsCell phone and company vehicle programsVisitor and guest processesEmployee recognition initiatives (Employee of the Month, anniversaries, company celebrations)Oversee vendor relationships and invoice processing.Maintain strong communication with employees across all shifts to ensure consistency and support.Embrace a team-first approach: no task too big or too small, with a strong sense of ownership and pride.

Qualifications3+ years of administrative experience within a plant or manufacturing environment (small to mid-sized).Stable work history showing reliability and commitment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude.Ability to work a standard 40-hour on-site schedule, with flexibility to be available on weekends/holidays if needed.
