Our Client, a top building material manufacturer/ distributor is currently seeking a proactive, detail-oriented ENTRY LEVEL Customer Service Rep (CSR) to deliver outstanding support to our customers and sales team.
NOTE: This position is for someone with 1-5 years CSR experience only.
It is intended for someone who is looking to start their career with a great established company and wants to grow within.
It is NOT for someone who is looking for a job while in school or a bridge to another company/industry.
This is a full-time direct hire fully in office position.
Responsibilities: Answer calls and emails to assist customers and promote Companies products.Enter and process orders in their Sage X3 ERP system.Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth order flow.Handle EDI orders, invoices, and credit memos.Support domestic and international shipping documentation.
Qualifications: Proficiency using computers, Microsoft Office, and email/internet applications.Experience with Sage X3 or other ERP systems a plus.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.At least 1 year of customer service or office experience.Ability to easily get into office in Edison 5 days a week.
