Join Our Team as a 3rd Shift Yard Spotter - Albion, Indiana

Are you looking for a place where you're respected, supported, and given the opportunity to grow? Look no further. We are seeking a 3rd Shift Yard Spotter in Albion, Indiana. The position is Monday - Friday from 10 PM to 6 AM with competitive pay, great benefits, and room to advance.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $25.68

What You'll Do

Move trailers to and from dock doors, staging areas, and designated parking locations within the yard.

Ensure proper placement and secure attachment of trailers at loading docks.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard trucks and report any issues.

Communicate with warehouse personnel and drivers to coordinate trailer movements.

Maintain accurate records of trailer locations and movements.

Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Operate yard truck and other equipment safely and efficiently.

Schedule

Hourly Commitment: Full-time

Shifts: 3rd Shift (Monday - Friday, 10 PM - 6 AM)

What We're Looking For

Required Years of Experience: 3 years

Class A CDL

Clean driving record

Ability to work without constant supervision and be self-motivated

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

High degree of quality workmanship and detail-oriented

Proven time management skills with the ability to work overtime as needed

Observes safety procedures and maintains good work ethic and attendance
