Qualifications/Requirements

Solid analytical, conceptual, problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills to interface with all levels of personnel, including leadership, as well as clients.

Eagerness to work and thrive in a team environment.

Willingness to be a team player & to contribute as a team to address project needs. May be required to perform administrative-type duties as required, i.e., copying and collating plans and preparing/delivering submittals.

Ability to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.

Capacity to work under pressure to meet client-imposed project deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, BlueBeam, and Adobe Acrobat.

Experience using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or Revit in any engineering or architectural discipline is a bonus.

Openness to follow company CAD drafting standards and procedures.

Work from our Midvale office (NO REMOTE OPTION).

Responsibilities

Organize information to create a final construction drawing package on various projects.

Provide general CAD drafting support for licensed civil engineers and surveyors to produce construction drawings, civil engineering design, and architectural plans.

Ensure design deliverables meet municipal codes and requirements.

Maintain high standards of accuracy & quality, exercising extreme ownership within our QA/QC review process.

Assist clients in navigating municipality approval processes efficiently.

Build relationships with Project Managers, Engineers, & Surveyors to collaborate & solve problems from initial surveys to final drawings.

Coordinate information and provide updates to architectural plans and permit package submittals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 $20.00 per hour

Schedule

8-10-hour day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends, Overtime Available
