Function: Supply Chain

Sub Function: Packaging

Type of Contract: Permanent

Job Grade: C1

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To support the packaging department through planning, organising and assisting with all transactions regarding consumables, cleaning material, packaging material, raw material, filled product, ISO 9000, SAP, EWM and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Grade 12 with a minimum of 5 years of Administration experience in a production environment OR

a Diploma in Administration with 3 years of experience in a production environment

• SAP/EWM experience

• MS Office proficient

• Experience in stock control and accounting will be an added advantage

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Create and administer planned orders on required systems

• Planning of production schedules

• Extensive data analysis and reporting information for the Packaging Department

• Administer all raw materials and consumables

• Perform system administrative duties

• Control and optimize variable assets

• Perform ad hoc duties as and when required from the position
