Experience as a SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ components such as workflows, rules, tasks, certifications, policies, and connectors.
Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, XML, and JavaScript.
Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts including provisioning, de-provisioning, role-based access control, and access reviews.
Familiarity with directory services like LDAP and Active Directory.
Experience building and customizing connectors for systems like SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and Azure AD.
Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration.
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries and familiarity with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
Experience with tools like Git, Maven, Eclipse, Jira, and ServiceNow.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good documentation and communication abilities.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
Optional certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or broader IAM certifications like CompTIA Security+ or CISSP. Responsibilities:
Design and develop enhancements for SailPoint in response to specific business requirements
Develop and troubleshoot Beanshell scripts, workflows, and rules within the SailPoint platform
Document technical processes and configurations for future reference and audits
Identify and design enhancements to improve User Experience with SailPoint
Customize IdentityIQ components to meet business requirements for identity lifecycle management, access certifications, and policy enforcement.
Develop and maintain BeanShell scripts for rule logic, transformations, and provisioning workflows.
Perform data aggregation, entitlement mapping, and identity correlation across multiple sources.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity provisioning, aggregation errors, and rule execution.
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and operational procedures.
Support upgrades, patching, and performance tuning of the IdentityIQ platform.
