What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.
Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. May be involved in budgeting and financial requirements. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of implementation and customer setup specialists
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
Manage workload distribution, performance metrics, and career development plans
Customer Setup & Maintenance
Ensure accurate and timely setup of customer accounts, pricing, contracts, and service parameters in relevant systems
Monitor and maintain data integrity across platforms, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards
Lead initiatives to streamline and automate setup and maintenance processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as a key liaison between the onboarding team and other departments to ensure alignment and transparency
Participate in strategic planning and process improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Coordinate and influence CHIP offshore onboarding team for managing customer maintenance workload and issue resolution
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to onboarding timelines, data accuracy, and customer satisfaction
Use data insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred; advanced degree desired
5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, data management, or operations within pharmaceutical or healthcare distribution, preferred
2+ years of experience in people management with a proven ability to lead and develop teams, preferred
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution systems, customer data management, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP), preferred

Anticipated salary range: $103,500 - $147,900
