Home Health Aide (HHA)

We’re hiring compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide essential in-home care across Chicago, Aurora, Naperville, Joliet, Springfield, Rockford, and Peoria. If you’re reliable, caring, and passionate about helping others live with dignity and independence, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

- Monitoring and reporting changes in client health or behavior.

- Providing companionship and emotional support.

- Preparing meals and assisting with feeding if needed.

- Offering medication reminders (as directed in the care plan).

- Accompanying clients to medical appointments or errands.

- Following infection control and safety protocols.
