Clinical Application Specialist I

Southeast Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and engaging person to fill a full-time Clinical Application Specialist I or IT Specialist role. This position will:

Provide technical support to staff for hardware and software-related issues and/or problems as requested using the Helpdesk system.

Conduct Healthcare IT related trainings for new and existing staff as it relates to the organization’s electronic medical record, new hire computer training, and staff lunch/learns.

Become the subject matter expert on our EHR and related applications.

Remain up to date on current medical and technological concepts.

Perform helpdesk ticket management.
