Job Title: Warehouse Kitter
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Pay Rate: 20/hour
Duration: 3-6 months potentially longer for the right candidate
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Kitter to join our team. This role primarily involves light assembly line work in a clean and organized environment. The work is simple, repetitive, and performed while seated for most of the shift. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have good attendance, and be able to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble kits according to provided instructions.
Organize and package parts accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Follow safety and quality guidelines at all times.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; training provided.
Must be dependable with consistent attendance.
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
