Position Overview

As a Machine Operator, you’ll support production by setting up, operating, and monitoring packaging machinery used for paper, plastic, and eco-friendly materials. You’ll inspect products, maintain a clean work area, and ensure safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor packaging machines

Perform visual inspections and package products per specs

Set up machines and prep materials for production

Complete daily production paperwork accurately

Follow safety procedures and company policies

Read and verify dockets and line orders

Report equipment or supply issues promptly

What We’re Looking For

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Able to work 12-hour night shifts and overtime as needed

Pass background check and drug screen

Comfortable with standing, bending, and lifting during shift

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow your skills

Experience in manufacturing or machine operation a plus — but not required
