Job Description
We are looking for a result-driven Hybrid Turf Sales Associate who can deliver excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals and bringing positive practices to the Bechtelsville, PA location to build the outdoor power side of the business.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Salary: $50,000-$100,000+ annual salary (salary range reflects $50K base salary including commission potential)

Responsibilities:
Sales of equipment, including but not limited to: all turf (zero-turns, Ventrac, Mahindra/TYM Tractors), XCMG (all skid and tractor loaders, mini-excavators up to and including XE55U, wheel loaders of all sizes)
Influence customer purchase decisions and strive to maximize opportunities.
Grow equipment sales by seeking opportunities to prospect for new business.
Understand the features and benefits of the products we sell, understand competitive units, and effectively communicate information to customers.
Utilize quoting tools to calculate the selling price and generate sales proposals.
Work with Marketing to create effective marketing plans.
Participate in trade shows and sales events as needed; may require travel.
Participate in monthly sales meetings as required.
Qualifications:
Required 2 years of retail sales experience in Outdoor Power, Construction, Lawn & Garden equipment.
Demonstrated sales and customer relations experience.
Ability to understand & provide for customer needs.
Positive attitude, exuding courtesy and helpfulness.
Demonstrated Financial Acumen required.
Organized and detail-oriented; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds and work in all weather conditions.
Experience & Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required; College Degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
Ability to demonstrate a strong sales performance.
