MILOS TORONTO INC. is seeking a Restaurant Manager.
Workplace: 330 Bay Street, Toronto, ON, M5H 2S8, Canada.
Roles and responsibilites:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the restaurant and help develop the kitchen teams to grow MILOS Toronto in the future.
- Determine type of services to be offered as new menu items and optimizes current offerings for quality, plans budgets, etc. and implement operational procedures for the teams.
- Recruit staff, oversee staff training and their work schedules.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- Occasionally, assist the chef and sous-chef in the kitchen on busy days.
- Other related tasks.
Expected start date : 2025-11-02
Permanent position
Annual Salary : $120 000 Canadian dollars.
Working hours: 44 hours a week.
Vacation : 2 weeks of paid vacation per year, i.e. the equivalent of 4% of annual salary.

Required skills:
-10 years of experience in the restaurant industry within a Greek gourmet restaurant or in Mediterranean gourmet restaurant, including several years of experience supervising a kitchen team, is required.
