Integrate complex enterprise-level software systems within laboratory environments and enhance the internal Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). Collect user feedback to provide actionable solutions to the IT Department, offering technical expertise to the development team and automating lab workflows related to sample processing. Mentor a team, foster a collaborative environment, ensure high performance, and provide technical expertise. Conduct a strategic analysis of the current LIMS and plan for future LIS development, focusing on system evolution and scalability. Design technologies for data visualization and report generation, focusing on advanced cancer treatment features, and adapt company products for compatibility across a wide range of devices to improve user experience across platforms. Ensure compliance with insurance companies' requirements for report content and presentation is also a key responsibility. Ensure compliance with GCLP, CLIA, CAP, and other laboratory protocols and standards.
Travel to unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S., approximately 20% of the time, with no international travel anticipated.
Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Engineering (any) or a related field PLUS two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: TypeScript; GitLab; Kubernetes (K8s); Docker; AWS; React; Redux Toolkit; Webpack; Module Federation; Node.js; Express; NestJS; Flask; and, SQLAlchemy. Alternatively, will accept Bachelor’s degree PLUS five (5) years of described experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
