Production Engineer

- Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for automotive NVH and interior parts.

- Support new product launches and ensure smooth mass production startup.

- Analyze production performance (cycle time, scrap rate, OEE) and implement improvement plans.

- Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment to ensure stable operation.

- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve process-related issues.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.

- Participate in cost reduction, automation, and lean manufacturing projects.

- Support communication and technical coordination with NVH Korea headquarters.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related field).

- Minimum (Intern) experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferred.

- Strong understanding of process engineering, equipment setup, and line balancing.

- Experience with Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools preferred but not required.

- Experience with CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD) preferred but not required.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred but not required.
