Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Production Engineer to join our Production Team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of automobile production.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or closely related field of study. Minimum three (3) years of experience in automotive manufacturing industry, and can effectively navigate the production engineering process, while skilled with production engineering software practices, such as Enterprise Resource Program.

Job Requirements:

Specialized knowledge in ERP Production engineering systems and the complexities of production engineering.

Implement strategies that enhance the efficiency of production planning and management by leveraging technological insights to improve the company's operational efficiency and productivity.

Evaluate ERP-based production engineering systems and conduct system landscape for each production line.

Formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans to help the company acquire and enable efficient and cost-effective production processing methods and equipment. Monitor the production process and advise production team members, helping to manage products that meet company and industry standards. Develop, test, and Implement configuration changes to production line to meet functional and technical requirements.

Monitor ERP production programs for daily, weekly, and monthly operational procedures and schedules for materials transactions.

Manage the flow of material supply and predict material requirements, ensuring production lines do not stop due to a lack of materials. Review, coordinate, and authorize delivery and shipment terms in negotiations with suppliers, including regulation compliance, forwarder selection, transportation service provider selection, schedule, and costs, through the ERP programs.
