Security Transformation Associate Director (Accenture LLP; Columbus, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Security Transformation Associate Director in Columbus, OH, and the job duties are as follows:
+ Lead a team of cybersecurity analysts, security engineers, delivery leads, and onboarding specialists to deliver Managed Security Services to a portfolio of clients.
+ Act as a security advisor for client executives, developing insights into their Security Operations program and providing data-driven strategic guidance on their security program.
+ Drive pre-sales efforts including sales enablement and secure renewals through close engagement with regional Managing Directors and account management teams.
+ Identify and remediate areas where Accenture’s service delivery is inefficient or ineffective.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with client executives and account teams; initiate and lead strategic innovation programs to improve quality of service or add new capabilities.
+ Develop, analyze, and communicate key success metrics related to delivery of the service to the client portfolio.
+ Work with Operations, Product Management, and R&D on evaluating existing business portfolios as well as new business opportunities for growth and investment.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in the IT consulting industry.Must have 7 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Developing web applications using Java, JEE, JUnit framework, TestNG, Cucumber, and Selenium test automation platforms with continuous integration;
+ Performing automation using Jenkins and version control tools including SVN, CVS, JIRA, and GitHub;
+ Implementing enterprise Identity and Access Management, Privileged Access Management, or other related security solutions including Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping, Oracle, ForgeRock, and CyberArk in client environments;
+ Deploy security controls for multi-tiered applications, databases, Active Directory, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol and directory services, application servers, and network infrastructure;
+ Working in an Agile based delivery model leveraging continuous integration and continuous deployment environment;
+ Configuring, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications and custom off-the-shelf products within application server, operating system, and database environments;
+ Providing Identity Access Management integration designs for new applications including authentication, authorization, user lifecycle, and identity attribute feeds; and
+ Engaging with key stakeholders at business and technology levels across customer’s organization.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
