Electrical Assembly Technician – CNC Machinery – Direct Hire

Our client is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to join the Assembly Department. This hands-on role involves installing, wiring, and troubleshooting the electrical systems of precision deep-hole drilling machines. Ideal for candidates with electrical assembly or maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.

The Position

• Install electrical components on DeHoff, Eldorado, TechniDrill, and other automated CNC drilling machines

• Perform wiring, electrical assembly, and component integration in new equipment builds

• Debug and troubleshoot electrical and software systems on precision machinery

• Provide sketches and red-line changes for discrepancies or modifications to drawings

• Collaborate with weld, machining, and other departments to ensure proper fit and function

• Support facility and equipment maintenance when needed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Report directly to the Assembly Department Supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical school degree or equivalent training preferred

• Experience with assembly or maintenance of electrical systems and components

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

• Familiarity with precision measurement tools

• Hands-on troubleshooting skills and strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented attitude with ability to work cooperatively with peers and supervisors

• $20–$28 per hour based on experience
