Location: Schaumburg, IL

Schedule: 1st Shift - Monday - Friday; possibility for overtime

Type: Direct Hire

Salary: $23 to $34 per hour based on experience

They are seeking a skilled and reliable Tool & Die Maker with experience in cold heading tooling to join their team. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity with immediate availability in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

Manufacture, repair, and maintain tooling for the cold heading industry

Ensure precision and quality standards are met for all tooling projects

Collaborate with production teams to support tooling needs and resolve issues

Operate machinery to assist in tooling production (machining experience preferred, but not required)

Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications:

Experience in manufacturing tooling for the cold heading industry required

Machining experience preferred but not mandatory

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
