Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Supervisor to oversee our commercial landscape maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of landscape professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across multiple commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscape maintenance crews, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and irrigation maintenance.

Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.

Train, mentor, and manage crew members to promote safety, productivity, and professional development.

Schedule and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.

Communicate effectively with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and maintain strong relationships.

Monitor equipment usage, maintenance, and inventory to ensure operational readiness.

Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Prepare reports on crew performance, project progress, and site conditions for management.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of horticulture, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscape equipment.

Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct crews.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pesticide applicator license or certification (preferred).

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and manage physically demanding tasks.

Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer skills.
