We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks to support construction and site operations. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Perform general labor duties including site clean-up, material handling, and assisting skilled trades as needed

Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the job site on time daily

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Good communication skills and ability to follow directions

Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
