COMPANY OVERVIEW

Join a rapidly expanding, nationally recognized quick-service restaurant franchise known for its signature chicken offerings and exceptional guest experience. We are investing in growth throughout Georgia, seeking a dynamic District Manager to lead operations for our Summerville and Lafayette locations, with exciting expansion opportunities on the horizon.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced District Manager to oversee multi-unit operations for our growing franchise organization. This role offers the unique opportunity to help launch a brand-new location in Lafayette while optimizing performance at our established Summerville restaurant. Must be located within 30-35 minutes of both restaurant locations to ensure effective operational oversight and rapid response capabilities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Multi-Unit Operations Leadership

Oversee 2 restaurant locations with potential for additional units as the territory expands

Drive Financial Performance: Manage P&L responsibility across all locations, focusing on sales growth, cost control, and profit optimization

Ensure Brand Standards: Maintain consistent food quality, service excellence, and operational procedures across all units

New Store Opening: Lead grand opening execution for Lafayette location, ensuring successful launch and community integration

Rapid Response: Provide immediate support to locations during peak periods, staffing challenges, or operational issues

Team Development & Management

Recruit & Develop General Managers: Build a strong leadership pipeline through effective hiring and comprehensive training programs

Regular On-Site Coaching: Conduct frequent location visits to provide hands-on support and training

Performance Management: Conduct regular evaluations, implement improvement plans, and recognize top performers

Succession Planning: Develop internal talent to support continued growth and expansion

Operational Excellence

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular operational audits, ensuring compliance with food safety, health, and company standards

Guest Experience: Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement improvements to enhance service quality

Inventory & Supply Chain: Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management across locations

Crisis Management: Provide immediate on-site support during equipment failures, staffing emergencies, or other operational challenges

Strategic Business Development

Sales Growth: Implement marketing initiatives and operational improvements to drive revenue increases

Community Engagement: Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and businesses to strengthen brand presence

Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activity and local market trends to identify growth opportunities

Expansion Support: Assist with site selection and opening procedures for future locations

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Location Requirement

Must reside within 30-35 minutes of both Summerville and Lafayette, GA locations

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations multiple times daily as needed

Immediate availability for emergencies and operational support

Experience & Background

Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants

Proven P&L management with demonstrated success in driving profitability across multiple locations

New store opening experience preferred, with understanding of launch procedures and community marketing

Strong operational background in high-volume restaurant environments

Leadership Capabilities

Team Building Expertise: Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing restaurant management teams

Communication Excellence: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team leadership and reporting

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions across multiple locations

Technical Skills

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control strategies

Technology Proficiency: Experience with restaurant management systems, scheduling software, and reporting tools

Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of food safety regulations, labor laws, and operational compliance requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Chicken/QSR Franchise Experience: Background with major chicken brands or similar QSR concepts

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field

ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain

Regional Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Northwest Georgia markets and communities

Bilingual Capabilities: Spanish language skills beneficial for diverse team leadership

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Base Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience)
