SUMMARY

We’re looking for a sharp, driven, and collaborative Senior Digital Product Manager to join our Columbus team.

This position plays a hybrid role across product ownership, client leadership, and cross-functional team management – overseeing the creation of digital experiences and tools for healthcare, life sciences, and other regulated industry clients. This position will also partner closely with our internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure our digital solutions are scalable, compliant, user-centered, and aligned with both business and scientific goals.

This is a hybrid work from home/office position (in-office attendance is required on Tuesdays & Thursdays) and the candidate must live near Columbus, OH.

At The Shipyard, we know that it's your unique talents, backgrounds, and perspectives that make you who you are, just like our team, who come from various career paths and experiences. We believe we can't be truly diverse without bringing your most authentic self to the agency.

Studies show that people from marginalized communities may not always apply for positions if they don't meet every single requirement in a job posting. At The Shipyard, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements. We believe that your passion for what we stand for — our values and purpose — is just as important as meeting every checkbox.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital future of our healthcare and life sciences clients, ensuring every solution delivers real-world impact. Your day-to-day will include the following:

Product & Delivery Leadership

Define and maintain product roadmaps in close collaboration with clients, aligning digital platforms and tools with innovation, patient engagement, and business objectives

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

Serve as a delivery lead and point of contact for key accounts, managing relationships across business, clinical, and technology stakeholders

Drive client satisfaction, retention, and program success by ensuring consistent, transparent communication and high-quality execution

Support account planning, forecasting, and billing

Technical & Operational Oversight

Oversee cross-functional teams of designers, developers, strategists, and QA to deliver integrated solutions that meet accessibility, security, and regulatory requirements

Guide integration efforts with enterprise platforms, third-party tools, and internal data systems

Proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies across projects

Growth & Strategy

Develop and deliver clear reporting for clients, including roadmaps, KPIs, and status updates that support strategic decision-making

Collaborate with business development and strategy leads to identify new opportunities, craft proposals, and expand existing engagements

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

3–5 years of experience in digital product management, delivery, or consulting, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries
