Lead end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and international employees and contractors.

Partner cross-functionally to provide accurate payroll, overtime, and ad hoc reporting.

Audit, preview, and post payroll runs, ensuring documentation and compliance at every step.

Maintain tax jurisdictions, including setup and closures.

Oversee year-end activities, including accurate and timely W-2 distribution.

Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues with efficiency and discretion.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.

Contribute to special projects such as compliance audits, new system implementations, and cross-functional initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of multi-state payroll experience (international payroll experience a strong plus).

CPP certification a plus.

Proficiency with payroll/timekeeping software; experience with Rippling highly valued.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax compliance.

Advanced Excel and MS Office Suite skills.

Ability to calculate complex deductions and net pay with accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Exceptional confidentiality, efficiency, and customer service orientation.

Spanish language proficiency a plus (to support our Spanish-speaking employees).

Why Join Us?

This is more than just payroll—it’s about ensuring our diverse, global team feels supported, valued, and secure. In this role, you’ll be trusted with a high level of responsibility, while having the chance to influence and improve payroll operations across multiple regions. You’ll make a direct impact on the lives of our employees every single pay cycle.
