Be part of a growing and prospering company as a Claims Auditor. Auxiant is a third party administrator of self-funded employee benefit plans with offices in Cedar Rapids, IA, Madison and Milwaukee, WI. Auxiant is a fast-growing,progressive company offering an excellent wage and benefit package.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Claims Auditor will provide quality assurance for all Auxiant Claims Departments.
Essential Functions:
Audit random 2% of all claims processed on a monthly basis
Compile statistical report and provide to the Claims Supervisors, Manager and Director on a monthly basis
Identify training needs and trends based on auditing results.
Nonessential Functions:
· Other duties as assigned or appropriate
Education/Qualifications:
· Proven teammate and work-ethic
· Excellent listening, writing and verbal communication skills
· Proven claims payment experience
· Proficient PC skills including e-mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet,10-key
· Proven experience in a professional office environment
· QicLink experience
· Medical terminology
