Construction Inspector Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Construction Inspector, preferably in utilities, roadway, ODOT, pedestrian facilities or other Civil projects

Ability to work in the field regularly

Open to travel

Familiarity with construction codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards

NICET and ACI Certification

LPA project knowledge and ODOT prequalified (Preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to assess compliance with project plans, specifications, and relevant regulations

Monitor construction progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards

Collaborate with project stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspections

Promote a culture of safety by identifying potential hazards and ensuring that safety protocols are followed on-site
