Job Description:

Responsible for working with field operations, marketing and management providing up to the minute reports and data.

Identify potential opportunities to maximize production in real time and initiate/take corrective action, working with field operations.

Monitor and analyze all facilities to detect equipment failures.

Communicate critical events to field operations personnel to maintain oil and gas production at highest rates possible.

Manage and communicate SCADA alarms using verbal and electronic media.

Identify service needs and dispatch service providers including water and oil transports and I&E personnel.

Assist field operations during incidents or emergencies.

Manage third party and PNR significant downtime events in a manner to influence optimal timing for events to occur.

Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor, to include special projects.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Prior control room, SCADA/HMI, or field experience preferred but not required

Strong mechanical and systems aptitude

Excellent multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and remain focused in a fast-paced environment

Flexible to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Position Details:

Pay Rate: $28-$30/hr

Schedule: 7/7 (Rotating Days/Nights)
