The Opportunity

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of their cases while receiving guidance and mentorship from seasoned attorneys. This is a full-time position based at our Temecula office, with the potential for a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities

-Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution

-Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery

-Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances

-Develop case strategies and counsel clients

-Participate in settlement negotiations and trial preparation

-Collaborate with colleagues and staff to achieve client success

-Attend and actively participate in community events to strengthen firm visibility and foster local relationships

Qualifications

-Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

-Active California Bar license in good standing (required)

-3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally in business law or employment defense

-Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines effectively

-Willingness to be actively involved in the community
