About the Role
We’re looking for detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representatives to support Task Buddie’s growing client base. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their questions are answered, issues resolved, and needs fully supported. Your focus will be on building positive relationships and delivering reliable, professional service.
What You’ll Do
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
Track client interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications.
What You'll Bring
