Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Maintenance Dispatch Supervisor to oversee a team that manages residential maintenance work orders from start to finish. This is your chance to combine operational know-how with a commitment to top-notch customer service, all while supporting safe, well-maintained homes for residents.
In This Role, You Will:
Supervise, train, and support a team of dispatch professionals
Ensure work orders are completed on time, on budget, and to quality standards
Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for leadership
Collaborate with field maintenance and supply chain teams to drive operational success
Manage escalated issues and high-priority repairs with urgency
Optimize workload assignments, aiming to allocate 70% of tasks to internal field staff
Lead by example and help shape a responsive, high-performing maintenance operation
What You Bring:
3+ years in single-family or multifamily maintenance
At least 1 year in a supervisory role with training/coaching experience
2+ years in a call center or customer service setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management or CRM systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Relevant certifications (EPA, Lead, Asbestos) and/or a Bachelor’s degree a plus
