About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee our technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals to drive efficiency, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead IT operations and align strategy with organisational goals

Develop & implement IT policies, systems, and infrastructure

Manage IT budgets, procurement, vendor relations, and contracts

Ensure security, compliance, and business continuity through disaster recovery planning

Architect cloud solutions and oversee high-performance system deployments

Monitor IT systems, identify improvements, and implement emerging technologies

Lead and mentor the IT team; drive cross-functional collaboration

Conduct training sessions to enhance staff’s technology adoption

Required Qualifications:

Proven leadership in IT operations and infrastructure management

Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems, software architecture, and cybersecurity

Experience in budget management, vendor negotiation, and project delivery

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Prior leadership experience, preferably in a multinational environment

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
