The Print Mail Operator will support the processing of production print/mail in a timely/orderly manner. They will effectively operate print/mail equipment, check quality, and prepare for distribution, assist in maintaining paper/envelope stock, printing/mail supplies, and keeping equipment clean and maintained. The chosen candidate will interact and cooperate well with team members for efficient and effective completion of all assigned work.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Operate and key data into computerized equipment including production printers, folding machine, mailing machines, and paper cutter that processes print, mail, and parcels.
Identify processing problems with equipment/process, resolve if possible or seek assistance from vendor technicians.
Review production output for quality, breakdown appropriately, and distributed as necessary.
Assist in paper stock and production supplies maintenance.
Using a cart, deliver, pickup, and relocate necessary output/supplies to distribution/staging points.
Collaborate with internal customer for request fulfilment.
Collaborate with various outside vendors.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
GED
Qualifications/Skills:
Capable of operating production printers, folding machine, mailing machines, and paper cutter.
Ability to learn and operate new equipment and perform new tasks.
Good oral and listening communication skills.
Good note taking skills.
Ability to follow procedures.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to work professionally and effectively independently or in a team environment.
Market Range: 1 / 37.5 hours per week / 5 Days in Office
Salary Range: $31,594 - $45,563
