We’re Hiring: Telecaller at Apki Return
Apki Return, one of India’s leading tax advisory companies, is looking for a smart and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. If you enjoy talking to people, building connections, and helping clients, this role is perfect for you! What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from given leads/call lists.
Explain our tax advisory services in a clear and simple way.
Fix appointments for clients with our tax experts.
Keep records of calls and client details.
Answer questions politely and professionally.
Follow up with clients to confirm interest/appointments.
Be a part of a positive and supportive work culture. What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of experience in telecalling / customer service.
Good communication and people skills.
Confident and clear telephone presence.
Ability to listen, understand client needs, and respond well.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of tax terms is an added plus (not mandatory).
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time well.
