Get input from the marketing team to develop digital visual compositions such as display ads, web slides and emails.
Collaborate with creative team to develop the best solutions.
Adjust your solutions to meet client and manufacturer requirements.
Proof elements for accuracy in message, spelling, co-op compliance.
Build your knowledge of client’s brand messaging as well as manufacturers’ products.
Execute on-time and on-budget and communicate progress with Production Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Design high-quality ads and graphics for digital (web, social media, email, etc.) and print (billboards, posters, etc.).
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with each client’s brand identity.
Proof materials for spelling, key communication points, and compliance requirements, to ensure error-free final products.
Use design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) to develop high-quality creative outputs.
Prepare files for printing, ensuring design quality in final production.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
Follow OEM brand guidelines to meet compliance requirements.
Execute projects on time and on budget and communicate with the Production Manager when realities will affect either goal.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
Preferred Skills:
3-5 years of professional graphic design experience in digital and print media.
Experience with motion graphics or animation using Photoshop is a plus.
Experience with Google Web Designer is a plus.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Understanding of marketing and branding strategies.
Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS for web design is a plus.
