Job Description
Chandler Industries is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our precision machining team at our Wyoming, Minnesota division. In this role, you will develop, create, and maintain CNC and control programs using CAD/CAM software, serving as a key link between engineering and machining operations. You will apply technical expertise to improve processes, reduce variation, and drive productivity in a high-precision environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create and revise CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (GibbsCam experience required).
Determine machining sequences, select cutting tools, and calculate feeds/speeds.
Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy.
Support machining operations through troubleshooting, training, and program optimization.
Partner with engineering on new products, prototypes, and process improvements.
Maintain organized, safe work practices and support Lean/5S initiatives.
Qualifications
Associate degree or post-secondary technical education preferred.
3+ years CNC programming experience (5+ preferred), with GibbsCam expertise.
Strong knowledge of industrial math, GD&T, G & M codes, and CNC machining processes.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, MS Office, and blueprint reading.
Experience in aerospace, medical, or other highly regulated industries a plus.

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the specific position. These may include skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
