Bookkeeper

Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves working 6-8 hours per week to manage and maintain accurate financial records. The books are all set up already, you will just maintain them as accurate. Pay rate will depend on experience and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Record financial transactions and maintain general ledger.

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.

Process accounts receivable and payable.

Prepare and process payroll.

Generate financial reports and statements as needed.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Collaborate with the accounting team on various projects.

Requirements:

1+ years of bookkeeping experience.

Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting software.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
