Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and assessments of children referred for occupational therapy services
Develop individualized treatment plans to address each child's unique needs
Provide one-on-one therapy sessions for children, as well as group sessions as needed
Incorporate play and other fun and engaging activities into therapy sessions
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Communicate regularly with parents and other members of the child's care team
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all services providedRequirements
Speech Language Pathology License
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with kids in the natural environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and patient when working with children who may be anxious or upsetBenefits
