MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS NEEDED – $20-21/hr WEEKLY PAY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10a.m.-2p.m.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in light plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, or appliance repair

Strong communication and customer service skills

Basic tools required – power tools a plus!

Reliable transportation + can lift 40–50 lbs

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of apartment, building, or commercial maintenance experience

CPO, EPA, or HVAC certification (a PLUS, not required)

Familiarity with work orders and unit turns
