Construction Superintendent – We Build Cool Stuff, and We Need You! ️

Full-Time $25+/hour (Based on Experience)

We’re a busy construction company based in Lakeland, FL, working on everything from high-end residential remodels to commercial build-outs. Our job sites vary across Polk, Hillsborough, and Hernando Counties, so no two days are ever the same.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader—someone who can keep a job site running smoothly and work right alongside the crew. Strong carpentry skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from ground-up builds to tenant improvements.

Underground and civil knowledge a must.

Manage subcontractors, crews, and suppliers to ensure work is completed to quality standards.

Maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.

Enforce company and OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.

Conduct quality control inspections and resolve onsite challenges proactively.

Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Qualifications

5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and project management.

Proven ability to lead and motivate field crews.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
