AI / Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will apply cutting-edge AI techniques to solve real-world challenges by designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, working on innovative projects involving deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning. Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of applications, including predictive modeling, automation, recommendation systems, and real-time data analytics.

Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and ML technologies (e.g., transformers, neural networks, reinforcement learning, LLMs) and apply them to solve challenging problems.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and software developers, to create end-to-end AI-driven solutions.

Algorithm Design: Design, implement, and optimize algorithms for data-driven decision-making, automation, and real-time analysis.

Data Management: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets. Develop data pipelines to support AI and ML workflows.

Model Evaluation & Optimization: Tune and optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, ensuring they operate efficiently in production environments.

Documentation & Reporting: Document models, processes, and results in a clear and reproducible manner. Present insights and technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing AI/ML models and solutions in production environments.

Programming Skills: Proficient in Python, with experience in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning models, NLP, and computer vision techniques.

Problem-Solving: Ability to solve complex problems with innovative solutions and demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Data Skills: Experience with data manipulation, data cleaning, and working with large datasets. Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques is a plus.

Cloud & Deployment: Experience with deploying AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Nice-to-Have Skills

Reinforcement Learning: Experience with RL techniques for optimization and real-time decision-making.

NLP: Familiarity with large-scale language models (GPT, BERT, T5) and tools like LangChain, Semantic Kernel.

MLOps: Experience with model monitoring, retraining, and deployment practices (MLflow, Weights & Biases, TensorFlow Extended).

Computer Vision: Experience in image recognition, pose estimation, facial recognition, or video-based tasks (OpenCV, MediaPipe).

AI Ethics: Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and machine learning and experience in building responsible, transparent AI systems.
