Position Summary: Interoperability Engineering Manager

Location: Nashua, NH

Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. We are seeking an Interoperability Engineering Manager to join our High Speed Cables team in Nashua, NH.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead team of engineers responsible for interoperability validation of high-speed cable assemblies

Develop and implement comprehensive interoperability test plans for our global High Speed Cables team

Collaborate with signal integrity, mechanical, and product development teams to resolve system-level compatibility issues and optimize performance.

Drive compliance testing and certification with industry standards organizations

Identify and troubleshoot issues related to interoperability, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions

Ensure compatibility and seamless integration with various switch, server, and GPU platforms

Collaborate with external partners and customers to validate interoperability across third-party systems

Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners

Continuously enhance interoperability testing processes to increase efficiency and coverage

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field

5+ years of experience in a technical leadership role related to interoperability testing or related fields

Strong understanding of networking protocols, signal integrity, and system-level testing

Strong demonstrated experience with interoperability testing tools and platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in cross-functional and dynamic team environments
