Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE

At Seamus, were looking for a Customer Experience Associate who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for hospitality to every interaction. This role is all about delivering concierge-style servicewhether its answering a quick question online, helping someone pick the perfect product, or welcoming a guest into our shop.

Youll be the face of our brand across all touchpoints: online, in-store, and at special events. If youre someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys making people feel valued, this role is for you.

What Youll Do

Deliver Exceptional Service: Be the go-to contact for our customers across phone, email, chat, SMS, and social. Every interaction should feel thoughtful, professional, andmost importantlypersonal.

Solve Problems with Care: Assist with returns, exchanges, and repairs while troubleshooting shipping and order issues. Youll use platforms like Gorgias, Shopify, and ShipStation to keep everything running smoothly.

Create a Welcoming Shop Experience: Keep our front shop fresh, inviting, and organized. From restocking displays to greeting walk-in guests, youll help create an environment that feels premium and personal.

Bring the Brand to Life at Events: Represent Seamus at pop-ups, tournaments, and in-house experiences. Youll help set the tone with your energy and enthusiasm, ensuring every guest walks away feeling like part of the Seamus family.

Experienced in customer-facing roles like retail, hospitality, or e-commerce (13 years preferred).

What Youll Bring

A high school diploma or GED is required; an associates degree or higher is preferred.

Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

An eye for detail and pride in creating polished, premium experiences.

A collaborative spiritsomeone whos just as happy rolling up their sleeves to tidy the shop as they are representing the brand at a major event.

Schedule

Monday Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm

May be asked to work overtime or non-standard hours if the need arises.
