We are currently looking for an Accounting Assistant for our office in Grove City, OH.

The primary responsibilities of the position will include, but are not limited to:

Perform general office administration functions as directed including but not limited to scheduling shipments, ordering office supplies, answering & directing phone calls, organizing mail and greeting visitors

Assist with bank deposits and other occasional out-of-office deliveries or pick-ups

Reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with contract terms

Completing project-specific warranties, insurance certificates and WSIB clearance certificates

Completing LEED documentation and other project-related documentation

Preparing and processing contracts, change orders, payment certificates and other documentation

Processing contract close-outs

Preparing various reports and other correspondence relating to areas of responsibility

Assist in collections activity and monitoring accounts receivable

Review vendor statements and ensure payables are tracked

Assist with Supplier Pre-Qualifications and Customer Credit Applications

What You'll Bring:

Successful completion of a University Degree or College Diploma

Knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset

A valid state driver's license with access to a vehicle
