Responsibilities

As a Teacher Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting both teachers and students. Your duties include:

Assisting the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.

Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who need extra help.

Helping maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Encouraging positive behavior and fostering a supportive learning atmosphere.

Supervising children during class, recess, and other activities.

Assisting with grading, record-keeping, and learning materials when needed.

Requirements

Passion for working with children and supporting their growth.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.

Minimum qualification - SPM

Prior experience in a classroom or childcare setting is an advantage but not required.
