As Operations Manager, youll work closely with the CEO and core team, ensuring smooth day:to:day operations, reliable supplier management, and efficient processes.
Your work will allow leadership to focus on strategy, growth, and innovation:while you keep the engine running.
Key Responsibilities * Supplier management: Maintain and develop strong supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and monitor quality and performance.
* Contract management: Draft, review, and keep contracts with suppliers, distributors, and partners up to date.
* Process management: Organize internal rhythms (meetings, follow:ups, documentation) and ensure team alignment.
* Systems and administration: Maintain CRM and document systems; ensure data and files are accurate and accessible.
* Team support: Act as a sparring partner for a small professional team (Sales, Quality, Regulatory, Office). * Recruitment coordination: Support in hiring processes and onboarding of new colleagues.
* Event organization: Help plan and coordinate company events (mostly virtual, occasional in:person). * Problem:solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows and drive operational improvements.
What you bring * Minimum 2 years in an operations, administrative, or supplier management role (preferably international or regulated industries such as medtech, biotech, healthtech, or high:end technology). * Strong skills in supplier selection, contract management, and process coordination.
* Experience in fast:growing or scale:up environments is a plus.
* Excellent communication in Dutch and English (spoken and written). * Pragmatic, detail:oriented, and hands:on approach:happy to roll up your sleeves.
* Strong relationship builder with an ability to work effectively in the background, supporting the team without ego.
* Cultural awareness of international environments, ideally with some familiarity with the US market.
