Move loads around the truck yard and to satellite facility.
Ability to back up trailers to dock doors, often with other trailers on either side of the dock.
Verify loads for accuracy.
Ensure trailer is in quality working condition prior to relocating.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicle.
Ensure load matches paperwork before leaving all sites.
Safe and legal operation of a commercial vehicle.
Various other duties and tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements
Class A CDL.
Good customer service & teamwork skills.
Good physical condition; must be able to get in and out of trucks several times per day.
Able to work in all types of environments, including inclement weather.
Good backing skills.
Recent verifiable, driving experience or related.
Current DOT medical card.
No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
MVR required for interview (current, dated within 30 days of application)
Prior to employment, able to pass a complete DOT physical, drug screen, criminal background check and road test
Available for any shift and weekends as needed
Able to lift 55 pounds.
Able to prove they have a right to work in the United States.
Prefer high school graduates or GEDs.
Sufficient work experience to be successful on the job. Work Conditions

Operation and use of necessary tools or equipment.
Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions.
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles and outside weather conditions.
